The Kingsway is a residential neighbourhood of West Toronto, Etobicoke. It is bounded by Bloor Street to the south, Dundas Street West to the north, and the Mimico Creek to the west and the Humber River to the east.

The Kingsway is one of the wealthiest areas in the West Toronto; the 2010 average house price is $1,300,000.

The neighbourhood was first developed by Robert Home Smith who purchased the old King's Mill and began developing land in the early 1900s. King’s Mill was renamed Old  Mill. Traditional homes were sited on well-treed and winding streets, to create an air of a wooded retreat. Smith also established that no owner could build a house without the approval of his staff, and he developed strict regulations against the cutting of trees.

Kingsway was for wealthy home buyers. Street names such as Queen Anne Road and Kingsgarden Road emphasized the appearance of English respectability and affluence that Smith was selling. Smith also built the Old Mill restaurant in the community, in Tudor style and well-appointed interior inspired much of the English design in the Kingsway.

The neighbourhood is mainly residential with some commercial usage along Bloor and Dundas Streets. The majority of the houses are single-family detached homes. There are apartment buildings near the Old Mill subway station and some condominiums.

The Kingsway offers an excellent mixture of small specialty shops, fine restaurants and pubs and this is one of the top Toronto destination with very easy access to Bloor subway.
